Shipping
Delivery is only available within the United States. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or Federal Express. Tracking information will be sent via email once your shipment goes out. We reserve the right to choose the best shipping method. If you need your order fast, please let us know via email and we can make arrangements to get it to you faster.

Product Availability
We do our best to keep all items in stock, but from time to time items become unavailable or discontinued, therefore we can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is back ordered, we will notify you of the situation via email.

Return/Exchange Policy
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to us within 14 days of the shipping date in UNUSED and PERFECT condition including attached hang tag and original packaging. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Returns which are received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Upon receipt of the returned items we promptly credit your credit card and send you confirmation via email or telephone.
